For suitable cylindrical rollers, we select round wire with tight tolerances. If the outside diameter is retained during machining, the accuracy of the starting material can make an additional grinding operation unnecessary.
Suitability also depends on heat treatment and final requirements. For small parts, we coordinate heat treatment with specialist partners.
