With the STAR SR-20J and DMG MORI NLX 2000 Y, we assign your component to the suitable process. We clarify dimensional and geometric requirements based on your drawing.
The Gildemeister GM20 is also available for large production runs of suitable parts.

Hard turning after heat treatment
On the NLX 2000 Y, we manufacture suitable hardened turned parts in series with a total diameter tolerance width of 10 µm. Stepped shafts are one example of this machining process.
We assess whether hard turning, grinding or a combination can meet your component requirements cost-effectively.
10 µm equals a total tolerance width of 0.01 mm; suitability depends on the component and requirements.
